Alberta hospitals and health care organizations have been divided into "health regions" (as with the other provinces).

I have listed the hospitals and facilities under these health regions.

Nursing opportunities in Alberta will lead you from large city hospitals, to health facilities in picturesque northern towns and even small isolated First Nations villages.

The province of Alberta begins on the edge of the prairies and ends in the magnificent Rocky Mountains.

It boasts oil fields, rich farmland and Jasper and Banff National parks. There is are some great skiing, hiking and camping opportunities in these parks.

Go to southern Alberta and you can visit the "bad lands". My kids say it was once the "Great Valley" (they like the "Little Foot" dinosaur movies). There is a superb museum filled with dinosaur bones and other wonderful prehistoric finds.
