Special SiteSell Promotion
  • Making overtime a thing of the past!
  • Work part-time at your current job!
  • Spend more time with your family!
  • Be more than just nurse and mother/father...BE YOU
  • Retire without worrying your pension income won't be enough to cover living expenses!

  • Any of these things sound appealing to YOU?

Why not use your years of training and experience in a whole new way.

Too many nurses are ending up as nothing more than statistics, suffering from ill health, obesity, emotional burnout...

...and sometimes a family loses a mother, wife or daughter far too soon.

I have personally known nurses who fit all of these categories!

Don't YOU become a bad statistic!

Instead, why not become a nurse of the future, showing business savvy and compassion beyond today's standards.

After many years of hands on nursing I was growing tired, physically and emotionally.
I tried to find other work but often employers looked at me like I had 2 heads. I'm sure they were thinking..."you're a nurse, go get a nursing job".

I was getting frustrated and the thought of returning to a more "traditional" nursing job just didn't hold the same appeal for me anymore.

But... I found a way to use my years of nursing knowledge and expertise in a whole new way.

Those 20+ years of nursing took me to many places and exposed me to many unique situations.

As I explored my past I discovered some interesting and financially lucrative business ideas.

I soon realized I did not have to depend on others seeing my worth for a potential job...I knew my own worth...and I could create my own job.

Now I'd like to show you how, so you don't need to face the same frustrations I have.

Start YOUR own nurse business today!

    My Story

I started out years ago (part time) with my own nurse business.

Living in Nova Scotia, I stepped out of nursing to have my children. It was nice to know I could be home with them in those early years, and not have to worry about going to work and finding a sitter.

Being somewhat of an entrepreneurial mind anyway I decided to start a business of my own.

I managed to find a small office space in a local community health clinic and I started my own nursing service business offering several nursing services for which I was trained and experienced.

  • Weight management counsellings
  • pap smears
  • Home health nursing services (if ordered by a physician, my clients were able to claim my service costs)

  • I then also contracted my services to a company who provided paramedical health screens for companies selling life insurance.

    And eventually...

...I opened up my own Home Healthcare store, where I sold and rented aids to daily living, bathroom fixtures, wheelchairs, and loads of other stuff.

    Bottom line?

I enjoyed it all...but it cost me severely financially!

One day I discovered a secret.

A REAL and AFFORDABLE answer to being in business for myself, without borrowing money from the bank.

    Even better...I was guaranteed success.

I am only working for someone else on a casual basis now, on hours I CHOSE.

I work for myself ...FULL TIME

And MONEY IS NOT A WORRY!

    Today I own NurseSentry.com.

Do I make money by having my own web sites?

    I sure do.

    How?

  • writing articles and books
  • selling advertisement space
  • referral fees
  • Google Adsense (this is also known as PASSIVE INCOME, and it really works)

  • YOU can make money with your own nurse business too!

Oh, and in case you haven't realized it yet, your "nurse business" does not necessarily have to focus on nursing.

  • have a passion about something?
  • What about a hobby?

  • Do you need courses and special certificates to be qualified to open your own nurse business?

No...because you already have all that...and more.

  • You went to school for years to learn what you know
  • You have learned much more "on the job"
  • You have continued to learn and re-learn every day, month and year that you have spent as a nurse
  • YOU are more than QUALIFIED to be in business for yourself!

Here are some facts you may not be familiar with:

    * Many nurse staffing agencies have been started by nurses

    * The current president of the Canadian Nurses Association owns Tamlyn & Associates Consulting

    * Many nurses run businesses offering foot care services, therapeutic touch and massage services

    * NurseSentry.com was developed and is owned by a nurse (that would be me)

    * Some nurses contract their services (and knowledge) to law firms and insurance agencies

The following are just 2 agencies that exist to support entrepreneurs with their own nurse business:

    * (The) National Nurses in Business Association

    * Nurse Entrepreneur Network

Why not take some time to visit these sites and check out the types of businesses these nurses are have started.

    Nurse Entrepreneur Network

Can't you just picture yourself with your own nurse business?

Experience the benefits other nurses have by being in business for themselves.

  • Scheduling your own shifts, working when you want to
  • Using your years of experience and knowledge in ways your "traditional" employer won't let you
  • Never being denied holidays because of staffing shortages

  • Don't you deserve to enjoy these benefits for yourself?

Feeling burnt out but don't really want to leave the profession entirely?

Then why not use all that knowledge you possess in a whole new profitable way.

Join the ranks of nurses in business for themselves.

Continue to work in your traditional setting if you wish, but at the same time, why not enjoy the option of being able to afford to do it....

    ...part time.

Here are just a few opportunities you might consider for yor business:

  • foot care
  • prenatal teaching
  • chronic disease management & support
  • weight loss councelling (nutrition, exercise)
  • lifestyle coach
  • alternative & complimentary medicines
  • classes on menopause support for women
  • nursing staffing agency
  • informational web site on almost any health topic
  • sales of nurse uniforms and accessories
  • consulting services
  • CPR & first aid instruction
  • ostomy support and counceling
  • legal nurse consultant

  • Let me show you how easy it is to start your own nurse business.

    * I'll show you how to find profitable ideas using knowledge and skills you already possess

    * I'll share with you how others have found their own way to financial freedom and inspire you to find your own profitable path
